Significant is in the eye of the beholder. The higher you go, the greater will be your gains but if you expect to type faster with DDR, you are wrong

I wouldn't even consider any SDRAM box at this point (except that I am using one for my main machine because they didn't have DDR 5 years ago and my typing skills have not improved according to Moore's law)
