What the heck sits on a socket 3?

Ok, this is a weird story. I moved into this place over the summer, and now that it's winter I have a fire going to heat the place. Anyhow I was out grabbing some kindling to light the stove up, and I found a computer just sitting in the wood pile. Obviously it was there for a while, but curiosity gets the better of me, and I take it inside to have a look. I pop it open, and something had been living in there for some time (gee, good thing I didn't plug it in and fire it up) I take out various things that seem ok to me including a 2.54 gig HDD, the floppy drive, and a little processor on a socket 3 which has an integrated fan glued right on. Any idea what processor I might have? I'm guessing it might be one of those pentium overdrives, or some other aftermarket proc. I don't want to rip the fan off in case someone might want the thing, and for fear of breaking it. I don't have a socket 3 computer sitting around, and this comp's mobo seemed a little too rusty to fire up, but if anyone wants the thing just ask. I'd like to find out what it is.
