win98 and v4.0
Think i hav problem solved. went dow the lin uninstalling progs. when i removed MS office 2000
the problem went away after reboot.strange that it appeared only after install of cd creator.WTF!!!!
found out that particular error mean that two or more progs are trying to address the same port.
