how to use tv-out on vidoe card?

At the risk of sounding stupid, I'm having problem with hooking up my TV to my video card's tv-out.

My card is leadtek gforce2 ti that comes with both an analog monitor output and a tv-out.

When I first connected my TV to the tv-out, TV screen was totally blank (of course, TV was properly set to video mode). Then I thought the problem might have something to do with TV-out on the video card not being properly initiated. So I took a peek at the video properties of nvidia ref driver 23.11. Lo behold, there was indeed something called "device selection", where there's 3 selections: analog monitor, digital monitor, and TV output. However, only analog monitor selection was available, the rest 2 remained totally grayed out. I pressed "detect display" button few times in the hope that tv-output might be recognized, to no avail.

There's still nothing on my TV screen. Help me plz.
