I tried a friend's AOpen 300W PSU and the computer crashed in about five or ten minutes after booting.

Temperatures are sub 50°C for CPU
MBM reports
+5.00V @ 4.95V
+12.00V @ 11.80V (previously with 25W it ran @ 11.6 to 11.7V)
-12.00V @ -12.13V
-5.00V @ -4.86V
+3.3V @ 3.52V
CPU @ 1.87V

any ideas?
i'm not game enough to try the wire mod :p
