I only have a chance at work at the moment, using IE6 at home and it does it automatically.
It's for a thumbnail table, and when you click on the thumb it opens up the picture just big enough for the screen resolution. For a PhotoCD WebAlbum I'm making for the family. Most of the people I'm sending it to are using AOL and Win98, so I doubt their browsers are any newer than IE5. Believe me I've tried to get them to switch from AOL.
