Ok, this has got to be HDD unhappieness week, or something. I had to reboot after a freeze, and the Highpoint controller didn't find one of the drives on the RAID array. I fiddled with some cables, and after two shots the array came back. These are also 75GXP 15 gig dirves. Should I dust off the Maxtor and back up everything I can before shit fertilizer really hits the fan? Also, is an intermittent problem like this also covered under the warranty? |
