My dad is nearly 30 years older than me, he's going to have a coronary when I tell him about his new and substantially higher age. On the plus side, he IS a distance-runner, so he has a fairly strong heart and very low colesterol. He will probably survive

Btw, in response to (1), I would sign a sworn affidavit that you are (at most) 1/6 of the average age here, which explains why you pick up a lot of (2), (3) is probably more accurate than even you anticipated, and (4) is the result of too much time spent with George Orwell.
