What can I use to level out the volume of a whole folder full of MP3s prior to burning to audio disk?

I think the answer was dMC Power Amp. I have the full downloads (got them at that time), but my poor underpowered brain cell is unable to find this function.

Wrong utility? Wrong brain cell?
