This new Charter Pipeline should be called HalfPipeline. My bandwidth is topping out at <500 kbps, with @Home it was around 1.2mbps. My server pings are averaging 100-120, was 60-80 with @Home. And they're charging the same damn price.

Since it's a new system, I'll give em another week before I demand an explanation and a discount. When the competition can offer ~3mbps for $10 less, Charter has no excuse for this crap.

Now if only I could get connected to the competition... but they don't need to know that
