I've tried Partition Magic many times, and I have found that you can convert any partition from NTFS to FAT32 and back except the c: (system) drive. PM can't even crack that nut. Frankly, unless you're trying to run a secure system (like a public server) or use the encrypted file system, FAT32 is unnecessary.
