There will be games next year that will need the power of a G4 3 or ATI radeon (7500 ?) or higher. I am looking into OEM versions around $200 of the radeon 8500 myself. Only if games are released from the XBOX for the PC, I am sure they will not work with the ATI's.
A very complex time for video cards, the hardware is beating the games to the markets & I hope it continues.
