Trying to reinstall Win98 and loosing my IDE channels?
My buddy just had it happen to his machine. I think it's the KT7e or later.
WinXP and WinME. WinME lost his IDE channels.
He also has ZIP drive. Just bought an external USB one, says he's gonna chuck out his internals, connect the USB as he needs it.
We both using XP Pro, Norton's AV.
I'll let you know what he finds out.
