Trying to do a fresh install of XP home on a machine. There is no setup disk and no DOS support so no d:/setup.....and everything takes off from there. The little bit of text that is on the CD says you should run the intall wizard from the CD. The install wizard doesnt work in DOS. How do you boot into nothing and get the cdrom drive to work? Call me crazy but i think thats impossible. Something has toprovide a driver. Soooo my friends i ask you. How do you load XP as a fresh install? |
