DIE Invalid page fault

IE and occasionally other programs (99% IE though) gives me approx. 1-3 invalid page faults per day. I'm running my memory (512 megs Mushkin PC2100X1) at stock speed on a Soyo K7VX (dragon) with a 1.4Ghz TY-bird. Any clues why it might be happening? Am I suffering from unhappy OS syndrome? The current install is only 3-4 months old, and I have only changed the vid card once. (I did have probs with that, though, I had to reinstall over the old install to get the vid to work right.)
