Yes it understands NTFS and will Ghost it although I am having problems with RAID ghosting to IDE. The XP disk will allow you the option to Format or right click the partition and chose format then pick NTFS.

After reading the PDF documents it states that Ghosting is possible with WinXP Home and Pro but does not mention Corp version.
