I was wondering where exactly Northwood stood.

How will the P4X266A fare, though? The whole legal issue clouds things, especially if the big three are going to dodge it entirely by not using the chipset...and now that Intel has things out of the way with Rambus AND has i845-D out the door, I can see them throwing a lot more lawyers at VIA.
