a 0.13µ version of the P4, will be the heart of all P4s >2.0GHz. Supposedly it also "unbreaks" some of the design compromises that were made in the initial P4 release.

In other words, it should be a bit faster clock-for-clock against the older P4 and run a fair bit cooler.
