The main problem I see with ATA 133 is that it was pur forth specifically by Maxtor, meaning it does not have full industry support and may never if Intel gets its wish of moving storage peripherals over to Serial ATA.

Personally I would be interested to see if ATA 133 drives can boast a worthwhile performance increase on a striped 2-disk RAID setup.
