Only difference is the cache speed after that things remain the same IMO but then why a great increase in marks?
I loaned a Maxtor ATA133 20GB Harddisk today, I ran through the Disk and HighEnd Disk Winmarks and here are the results :
Excerpt:

Business Disk 10800 (ATA133) vs 6790 (ATA100) %diff = 59%
High End Disk 25900 (ATA133) vs 23100 (ATA100) %diff = 12%

A difference of 12% and 59% comparing a ATA100 (IBM) and ATA133 (MAXTOR) using the Iwill XP333.
Iwill XP333, featuring the ALiMAGIK1 C1 stepping looks very impressive in Content Creation 2000 scores. A score of 48.5 really threatens the crown of the KT266A and SiS735 boards. CPUmark99 scores are slightly lower at 124 but it is not too far off from 126. Disk Winmarks are slightly slower when paired with with an ATA-100 Harddisk. It really came as a surprise as ALi boards are usually the fastest in disk performance. Well, again benchmarks are only indicative, the most important is that applications runs at its optimum speed.
