You might be transmitting - somebody could have slipped you a pill -sub7 or backor which activates a server gate. Depends on your OS and bandwidth. If you're on a LAN, it could be someone leeching off the network. OR the culprit could very well be YOU - if you have the DivX file open you could be the "user" using it.

Or, hey, you never know. Could be the government, aliens, etc.
