no doubt, but I just shucked out the high side of $250 for the Athlon XP/DDR upgrade. The only real reason I need Win2k over NT is to get around the six service packs and various "old technology" problems that are now plaguing me.

I sure don't want to cough up the difference between 2k and XP, a "mere" $30 or 40 though it may be (OEM anyway).
