It came with my Norton 2002. Installed it on my WinMe box. No boot.
Just about the time it should be in winders, I hear what sounds like a kids toy space gun from the PC speaker.
Blank screen, working mouse pointer. Thas it, no mo.
If I reboot and disable it, all is well.
I am assuming it is having problems with my D: (swapfile) partition. 500m with a 400m set swap.
If so, is there a way to disable it from one drive? I find none.
Oh, by the way, I just now got this idiot machine running again. Had to end runa round Ghost - it just flat out refused to split the image. I was doing it correct, confirmed by Symantec and by mistyping the switch - it bitched about that so I know had it in right place!
I formatted old drive with 4 650m partitions and told old ghostie to span - that worked. Sort of.
The format set the parts as FAT16, so my 540m image didn't fit on a 650m partition! 
Oh well, I'll just have two files on the Ghost Boot CD i'm gonna make later. No problem (I hope!)
