probably the best approach is for tdao, being the webmaster, to email dnet and explain the situation (i.e., the team founder hasn't visited the website in about 8-9 months) and see if dnet can loophole us around it.

If not, then the existing CPU-C blocks may as well be written off as loss b/c that's what will happen to them eventually, anyway. I'm sure if all the CPU-C participants wanted to switch over without an actual team merger, the LC team would be willing to make some sort of minor name change indicating that.

I don't speak for them, though, I wasn't involved in the founding of that team.
