Asus A7V

I wanted to give him my A1200, so I plugged it in Black screen, nothing take cpu out, clean, reseat nothing put old 800 cpu in nothing.... /me is confused. And the best is, this board doesn't even have a clear bios jumper.... ideas, thoughts?
