When i install the video card for monitor #2 and plug in the monitor, it becomes the ONLY monitor that works. Monitor #1 is a blank screen and when i go into 'Device Manager' to view the properties of monitor #1 it has a yellow exclamation mark, meaning there is a problem and it says "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I've tried different video cards for both monitors and i get the same problem every time. I have uninstalled/reinstalled twice, no luck there. What else could be causing this problem?

Could it be an interrupt conflict?
