ATrends ATC-6230 Mobo and upgrade.....

I thank all who have helped me find this little F***er. My mate will be most pleased.

I was looking for an answer to the question....
..."Is the BIOS upgradeable and if so what is the max CPU spped I could get?"...

Well I emailed ATrends and suprisingly got an answer back within 24hrs.

Here it is....
..."Sorry, due to this MB is for early design, the CPU support up to 2.0V, the highest CPU the system would support to P-III 600MHz, katmai, 2.0V, Celeron PPGA up to 500MHz, couldn't install Coppermine and Celeron II CPUs(1.5V,1.65V,.175V...)"....

Well this dosent quite gell with me. I would have thought the CPU Vcore could be manipulated a little easier than this.

Do I have any more options - It would be really nice to sit a C800/900 in it.
