Is there a number & brand name on the top of the chip ?

Coping is no problem if you have a programmer.
The eprom are erasable with special light, eeprom are erased electricily. I myself have not played
with proms for along time & my old PC programer got out dated ofter just a short while I fixed by
adding zifs & switches, I had made programs to break the larger files to smaller ones I could program.
I could with some eeproms program them but they were costly so I only did only like one. I can not
do the square chips. But with a 28 pin retangle shaped chip there is hope.
