My ex's computer keeps locking up. (Win98SE) She tried to reinstall WinBlows, but now she gets an error message about missing mouse batch files. I can't physically look at it because I am 3,000 miles away, which is a good distance to be away from this particular ex. Anyone got any ideas on what this could be caused by? It is about a 2 year old HP system. I wouldn't normally be to concerned, but my kids use it to do homework on it.
