That's why if you say WinMX is based on Central Servers, then it is just another Napster and will suffer the same fate. The RIAA is already going after the the KaZaA based P2P offerings (Morpheus, KaZaA, Grokster) but it doesn't matter, since they can force the Central Servers offline, but the SuperNodes will keep chugging.
