Ok, I've got some fairly major IRQ issues that I'm getting around to fixing. I tried to dissable the comm ports to see if this would help, and no luck. My IRQs are as follows

00....System timer
01....keyboard
02....Programable interrupt controller
03....unused
04....unused
05....ACPI IRQ holder for PCI IRQ steering
06....standard floppy disk controller
07....ECP printer port
08....System CMOS/RTC
09....SCI IRQ used by ACPI bus
10....VIA fast ethernet adapter
10....ACPI IRQ holder for PCI steering
10....CMI8738/C3DX PCI audio device
10....CMI8738/C3DX PCI MPU-401
10....Radeon DDR
11....ACPI IRQ holder for PCI IRQ steering
11....Win9X-ME Promise Fast trak 100 lite contoroller
11....Modem (soon to be removed, no biggie)
12....PS2 Mouse
13....Numeric data processor
14....VIA bus master PCI IDE controller
14....Primary IDE controller
15....VIA bus master PCI IDE controller
15....Secdondary IDE controller

As you can see, I've got quite a problem with that IRQ 10 being hogged by the sound card vid card and ethernet adapter. big problem there. I've got the BIOS set to plug and play OS and to automatically configure my IRQs. would any of you suggest to configure them myself, and if so stick what where? My old SB Live liked IRQ 4 if that matters.
