Subject: SY-K7V Dragon motherboard - Looking for Beep codes

I just installed this motherboard and I get 1 short beep and 1 long beep then the system powers all.
The only way I can get it to boot is to press and hold down the insert key while turning on the computer untill I get the video. The Video card is a new one call Visiontek - Geforce2mx400 64mb/agp.
Can anyone in the world help me. The home page for beeps does not help nor doe sit have much information.
