The RAM definitely is PC2100 and I have tried changing the FSB in jumper free mode (JFM) and with jumpers. However, I seem to remember having doubts as to whether my manual for the motherboard was actually for the motherboard I got in the box. I can't remember why I thought that, now, and I can't check it just yet (I'm in work) but that might explain why the jumper settings didn't work. However, surely JFM is reliable?

Anyway, thanks for your help and I'll try posting the markings from my CPU.
