Use a big house fan to blown onto the MoBo & CPU area. If that fixes the error you have a heat problem somewhere. This is a very easy test & saves lots of time & money.
& yes your CPU can be bad in many other different ways & the CPU temps could be off by alot to maybe heats up bad under load to.

Your MoBo could be pick which kind of RAM to you have too (not as likely works when warm). Have you adjusted the CMOS setting ?. There are all kinds of basic settings 1 would be to set to stable mode.
