1) Sources close to OBL phoned threats to an Arabic newspaper before the attacks occurred, not specifically naming what the attacks would be, but that they would be like nothing ever attempted before.
2) OBL is one of the few terrorist backers who could fund this kind of massive engagement. The amount of organization that was required to orchestrate this attack is mind boggling.
3) The sentencing was scheduled for tomorrow of the OBL supporters responsible for the embassy bombings. The courthouse where the sentencing was to be held is near the base of the WTC towers.
Seems too much to be a coincidence, and I'm sure more details will follow.
On another note, anyone else hear that the PA flight that went down was actually shot down by US military helicopters? It was definitely hijacked, a civilian called from the bathroom to report that the plane was hijacked, and there were a serious of explosions and smoke and the plane was going down. Sounds like they shot it down to me. Apparently someone on ARSTechnica claims to have witnessed the whole thing, but you know how reliable the internet community is.
