You shouldn't have to disable ACPI to get an OS to work. In fact, I wouldn't want an OS that didn't work with ACPI enabled. That's a CROCK OF SHIT.

Win2K works great with ACPI Multiprocessor enabled. It works great with ACPI Uniprocessor enabled. It works great PERIOD. WinME blows.
