Garbage.

I've successfully used NT and Win95 on both my Athlon and my Super7 box and know quite well how stable each box is. WinMe works fine on the Athlon (six months and counting), was abnormally flaky on the Super7 (religious crashes and hangs).

I remember when WinMe was new, at least two people on this BBS (who know quite well what they are doing) were having a situation where no matter how carefully they performed the installation, spontaneous driver corruptions would completely hose the system in about 10-15 days.

WinMe is hit and miss. If it works, it seems to work very well. If it doesn't, plagues and famines ravage the land and fire from above consumes your PC. Look around the various messageboards, same story over and over.
