The voltage, watts & amps I seen before was for CPU's
That video card is a better one as it use's less then a full G42 or 3, but they still do run hot so they do use alot of power. I assume you are trying to use a smaller PSU thats in case you have laying around.
I would recommend that you do not do any OCing of any kind as that strains smaller PSU's &
if you have any other PSU's laying around, the old AT style the easiest to use you can do the old second PS trick. Power all the drives (hard, floppy, CDrom, zip) & all the fans with a second
PSU that way the main PSU only has to power the CPU, MoBo, Ram & any cards plugged in.
