Ok, here goes, I've got all of the parts in now, and I'm going to rev my current setup. New mobo proc DDR RAM, and striped RAID array. I'm just checking here to see if I'm forgetting anything. The brainfart factor if you will. I'm not using my current drive at all until I have to copy the E: partition over to the new drive(s) so I have no need to copy folders off of the C: partition before the format. Is there anything that any of you can think of that I might forget or that I might want to do before/during the install that I might not have thought of?
For the specs if anyone needs to know. I bought a SOYO Dragon mobo with the onboard RAID controller. I'm using a 1.4Ghz AYHJA stepping T-birdy. (BTW would an AYHJAR have the R right after the A? I have an R a few numbers after the A if that mans anything.) 512 megs of Mushkin DDR and to power it all an Antec 300 watt PS. Will that be enough to run a two drive RAID array a TDK 16/10/40 a Kenwood 72 TrueX, and a Geforce vid card? Going to upgrade to a GF2 soon though. So will that be enough juice, or should I invest in a new PS, too?
