Read the blurb...understand the Columns and Rows thingy...(sort of understood this superficially before)...
Is this hybrid SDRAM DRAM setup a commonly held idea, is it your own?
I think I'll have to write down these timings an latencies to get a better handle on them and how they fit together...
1. A Row is read first...
2. A Column cant be accessed within the Row until all of it is ready to be read by the PrimSense Amps...This is your Ras-to-Cas delay...or tRCD
3. Then columns need to be hit...CAS delay which includes losses due to trace and signal losses - hence 2ndry amps are used...
4. If there is an incorrect page hit you have to reset all your info and start again....precharge time...tRP
I'll get it one day....and not only that - I might actually understand what it means ....
