Bring it on as HDTV will need a new better video format & the MP3's & games.
I wonder how long this will take to get to the market & how long before the prices drop so everybody who cares can get one ?.
This happens on the virge of the IDE interphase being broken. Stuck @ 28 bit addressing around 230 gig is the limit & drives larger then this is already in the works & only win XP will support it, & I think we wil need new MoBo's as well.
What will happen is 2 new upper limits will be created 32 & 48 bits addressing something like 2.1 terabytes & something peta bytes.
