Do I have to reinstall all my Proggies under Dual Boot?

...so that Win2KPro understands them?
I've noticed I can open some of them from the Program Folders on my Program Partition - but things like Office2000 and my fav shourtcut toolbar etc dont compute and want to be reinstalled.

Is this ncessary? I only gave my Win2KPro Partition 1.1GB thinking that would be plenty. If I have to a mass of Proggies in the Windows director as well, wont take long before that's all gone.

I assume I cant install the same proggies - like Office2000 or Netmeeting or what ever in the same Program Partition I have....that smells like it would lead to some confusion for 'ol rastus here..

What are others doing?
