Will palomino run on an ECS K7S5A (Sis-735)?

For $173 plus $15 for shipping (Cpu, fan, and mainboard combo), it's getting just too tempting. Looks like it's time to replace the old MSI-K7 PRO Slot-A 1 Gig T-Bird rig for a new 1.4 Gig DDR machine.

However, will I have any future upgrade path? I'm hoping to run the 1.4 @ 1.576 using the 150 MHz fsb. But, will future pali's run on this mainboard?

Now, when will Geforce 3's ever become as reasonable as a mainboard/cpu upgrade? Sheeze, only $200 for 500 more MHz plus DDR, verses $300 for a Geforce 3. Hmmmmm...
