the link I posted is mangled for some reason, its the right letters in the right order but it just dont work.

I have been looking at my CPU usage too, and found that sometimes it appears to stick at 75% and the only way I can get it down is to restart.

Adaware helps a bit but I think there is something else going on with this WinME OS heap of....
