there could be some radiation - albeit much lower than a Microweave which runs at 700W's and lets say half that gets transfered to microwaves.
CPU's only run at 70W's and most of that is emitted as heat. So prollie 10-20% could be emitted as radiation....big ask though.
Even so - that's 7W's and only 1/100th of a microwave.....
