Go to LC and compare any KT-266 or 761 board to any similar KT-133A board and the results are, ahem, "slightly greater" than what you are claiming.

DDR doesn't help the P6 platform much, but it does give a nice boost to the Athlon.

Now, it COULD be debated whether he will see any benefit from the upgrade since he is already at 1.4GHz, but then again Abit boards are not exactly the best performing boards at any clock...
