It's an MS opti mouse LATEST. On an MS OS! Someone frag Mr. Gates for me -please.

hah, so here's the thing: if I pick up the scroll bar and move it up and down, I get no feedback -however- if I use the wheel or the scroll arrows I get DJ scratch.

Help?
