Cleared CMOS- now disk error?!?

Hi all, I cleared the CMOS on my computer recently... it worked, but when I boot it tells me that there's a non-system disk or disk error. There's nothing in my floppy drive, and the same error comes up even when I disable the drive in the CMOS/BIOS settings. So is it a hard drive problem? Please email me if you can help!
