assuming it is the nozzels on the tubs that are dried up and not all the ink in the tub, fold a papertowel till it is about twice as big as nozzel area on bottom. soak the papertowel in 90%+
alcohol. set the tub (nozzel down) on the papertowel for a few minutes.

if the ink is all dried inside the tubs, i doubt that any solvent will rescue. time for new tubs.
