8K7A+ can NOT handle 256 MB at 150 MHz

I could get 150 MHz with a 128 MB Mushkin DIMM and the following:

2.7V
page hit = 16
idle = 16
CAS = 2
tRCD = 3
tRAS = 7
tRC = 9
tRP = 2

I tried with tRCD = 2 and it would not finish 3DMark2001.

With 2 128 MB DIMMs, or with a single 256 MB XMS2400 DIMM, nothing is stable at 150 MHz. Even the slowest RAM timings fail.

I'm using a 256 MB XMS2400 DIMM and trying to find the max bus for aggressive timings. I'm at 145 MHz so far.

Unless this board undergoes some major spontaneous change buy tomorrow night, it's getting returned.
